Research Use Only (RUO) Notice: All products sold by BioStrata Research LLC are designated For Research Use Only (RUO). Due to the nature of research materials, returns are limited and subject to strict conditions outlined below.

Due to safety, compliance, and quality control considerations, BioStrata Research LLC generally does not accept returns on opened or used products. All sales may be considered final unless an item meets eligibility criteria outlined below.

2. Eligible Return Situations

We may review return or replacement requests under the following circumstances:

Incorrect item received
Product damaged during shipping
Manufacturing defect confirmed upon review
Order fulfillment error by BioStrata Research LLC

All requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products showing signs of handling, modification, or improper storage
Products used outside of research environments
Items purchased in violation of Research Use Only policies

Description of the issue
Photos (if applicable)
Batch or lot number when available

We may request additional documentation before determining eligibility for replacement or refund.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to BioStrata error.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping when applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

BioStrata Research LLC reserves the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet policy requirements.
